All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-edition and collectible nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
I will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me. I'll do my best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
